Why It Works & What To Expect
Yoga Therapy offers a personalized, whole-body approach to healing. This one-on-one program is designed to help reduce pain, stress, and imbalance—whether physical, emotional, or mental—by addressing the root causes of suffering and promoting lasting wellness.

Drawing from the Tensegrity and Kosha models, Yoga Therapy recognizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, and energy. It’s a gentle yet powerful method that uses breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to improve mobility, strength, and stability, while enhancing emotional and mental well-being. Through targeted breathwork and mindful movement, we optimize oxygenation, reduce inflammation, balance pH levels, and support cellular health.

Many clients experience relief after just one session, with long-term improvements in physical and emotional well-being after 3-4 sessions, thanks to neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to adapt and heal. Yoga Therapy isn’t just for rehabilitation; it’s for anyone seeking greater balance and vitality. It complements physical therapy, mental health support, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. I’m happy to collaborate with your healthcare providers to create the most effective treatment plan for your needs.

Whether you’re exploring Yoga Therapy as a first step or a complementary addition to your wellness routine, this practice meets you where you are and guides you toward a life of greater ease, vitality, and self-awareness.
