Why It Works & What To Expect
The ideal workplace environment has been ever shifting. However, one aspect that has always been desired is more wellness benefits. Wellness is defined as being in a state of good health as an actively pursued goal. How does someone achieve professional goals while not upholding personal health? The answer is they don't, not in a sustainable way that is. Individuals get sick, they experience fatigue, their stress flows from work to home and back again, they feel discomfort and/or pain in their body from operational requirements, and more. This Workplace Wellness Program offers reprieve from these sufferings and an opportunity for professional goals and personal goals to align so that both parties flourish.
In these private sessions a whole body approach based on the tensegrity model will be applied. The bodies fascia (connective tissues) runs through and covers all bones, muscles and organs within the human structure. Utilizing movement adaptations with synchronized breath to work the fascia lines through the five directions of movement will improve mobility and comfort, lessen the release of cortisol (the stress hormone), and increase focus. The result of implementing workplace wellness is vibrant and exemplifies an overall sense of unity within companies. The benefits, which can be reviewed below, can be felt for several days following a single session.
Additional tools such as ergonomic work space setup and functional breathing will help increase oxygenation to all cells of the body. This can improve speech, patience while curating effective emails or other copy, and listening skills. When a person receives optimal nutrients in all aspects of life, vitality can flow generously through the workplace.
Sessions can be structured to encompass varying tools based on your needs and desires.
Process Overview:
Completion of the Start Up Form.
Complimentary phone call for introductions and questions.
Option for weekly or monthly workplace motivational themes.

Setup of space and any theme related items.
Integration of mind and body
Application of tools based on groups needs and or desires such as movement, breath, mediation, support, adaptations, strength training etc.
Reintegration into the rest of the day or event ahead.
If applicable: ongoing practices for in between sessions which may include recordings.
